We started Aqrio because property management in the Gulf runs on manual effort that shouldn't still exist. Rent reminders typed one by one. Maintenance requests lost in a pile of calls and voice notes. A landlord's evening spent doing what software should have already done.
The tools that existed were built for someone else's market: English-only interfaces, portals nobody opens, workflows that ignore how business actually happens here: over WhatsApp, in Arabic and English, with the responsiveness tenants expect.
So we built the alternative. One number. One agent. Every conversation, every ticket, every date, handled automatically, until it's genuinely yours to decide.

We're a small, focused team that ships fast, listens closely to early users, and cares more about solving real day-to-day headaches than adding features nobody asked for.

We're building Aqrio in close partnership with landlords and property managers on the ground in the Gulf. Every workflow is shaped by real feedback from people running real portfolios.
Aqrio is live today for landlords and property managers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. That was a deliberate choice. We wanted to get the Arabic-English experience, the WhatsApp workflow, and the local compliance details right in the two markets where the largest share of Gulf property gets managed, before expanding further.
From here, our path runs across the rest of the Gulf and the wider MENA region the same product and the same conversation-first approach, just more countries where a landlord can run their whole portfolio from a single WhatsApp number.
